Pride of Guernsey: Cecilia Loader

WAITROSE staff member Cecilia Loader was nominated by a regular customer who said she was a credit to the company and deserved to be recognised for her attitude with an Alexander Daniels Customer Service of the Year award.

The Rohais branch staff member has been most recently serving people on the cold meats and deli counter.
Nominator Kathleen Bichard said she felt she had to write in and make Cecilia’s efforts known to the whole island.
‘Cecilia is a very hard working, committed member of staff on the deli and cold meat counter at Waitrose in the Rohais.
‘Her ready smile and approach to customers is excellent. She takes great care in serving each customer.
‘I feel she is a great credit to the company.
‘She deserves to receive this Customer Service of the Year award,’ she said.
